1. Payment
All payments must be done completely in advance, given the fullfilment of this, I will start working on the commission. These payments will be done through Artistree and Paypal only.
The price will vary depending on complexity
For work with commercial purposes, the price will be increased by 100% over the original price
All prices will be firstly covered in MXN, USD prices are mere translations of the MXN prices

2. Boundaries
I have the right to decline any commission request if the commission in question makes me feel uncomfortable in any way.
I, the artist, have all rights to the produced drawing and the preliminary stages of it, which means that I can use these elements for self-promotion purposes or posts on my social networks.
I also have the right to file complaints and/or reports if the client resorts to doxing, harassment, hate speech or blackmail.The client has the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal uses, including Re-upload, printing and use of it in social media
The client, in the same way, has the right to provide written and graphic references to specify the details of their order.
Likewise, the client has the right to determine the creative freedom of the artist through the amount of specificity in their request.The customer may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. In general cases commercial use of my art will not be allowed, this means that buyers are not allowed to benefit from the commissioned artwork in any way, this includes but is not limited to:
• Reproduction of the commission.
• Claim of rights and/or credit of the art acquired.
• Modification of the commissioned piece.

3. Changes, Refunds and Cancellation policies
I have the right to cancel the commission at any time during the process, I do not owe an explanation, however I will likely give one as a matter of courtesy.
I, as well have the entire obligation of refunding any order that I had cancelled.
The commissioner has no right to demand a cancellation or refund of the artwork after payment is complete. If the money has not been sent, the artist has the right to cancel the order.The client has the right to request some radical changes for free only at the sketch stage, while also having the right to request minor changes with no charges in later steps of the process.
However, after the final product is delivered any extra changes will carry an extra charge.

4. Priority of offers
I, the artist, can decide to give priority to certain requests if they satisfy the following components:
- Requests that fit my skill level correctly
- Requests with more flexible deadlines
- Requests that address a topic that interests me
- Requests with higher prices

1. Pagos
Todos los pagos deben realizarse de manera completa y por adelantado, una vez cumplido el pago, comenzaré a trabajar en la comisión. Estos pagos se realizarán únicamente a través de Artistree y Paypal.
El precio variará según la complejidad
Para trabajos con fines comerciales el precio se incrementará un 100% sobre el precio original
Todos los precios se cubrirán primero en MXN, los precios en USD son meras traducciones de los precios en MXN.

2. Límites
Tengo derecho a rechazar cualquier solicitud de comisión si la comisión en cuestión me hace sentir incómodo de alguna manera.
Yo, el artista, tengo todos los derechos sobre el dibujo producido y las etapas preliminares del mismo, lo que significa que puedo utilizar estos elementos con fines de autopromoción o publicaciones en mis redes sociales.
También tengo derecho a presentar quejas y/o denuncias si el cliente recurre al doxing, acoso, discurso de odio o chantaje.El cliente tiene derecho a utilizar la obra de arte encargada para usos personales, incluida la recarga, la impresión y el uso de la misma en las redes sociales.
El cliente, del mismo modo, tiene derecho a facilitar referencias escritas y gráficas para especificar los detalles de su pedido.
Asimismo, el cliente tiene derecho a determinar la libertad creativa del artista a través del grado de especificidad en su solicitud.El cliente podrá utilizar la obra de arte encargada únicamente para uso personal a menos que se acuerde lo contrario. En casos generales, no se permitirá el uso comercial de mi arte, esto significa que los compradores no pueden beneficiarse de la obra de arte encargada de ninguna manera, esto incluye, entre otros:
• Reproducción del encargo.
• Reclamación de derechos y/o crédito del arte adquirido.
• Modificación de la pieza encargada.

3. Políticas de Cambios, Devoluciones y Cancelaciones
Tengo derecho a cancelar la comisión en cualquier momento del proceso, no debo explicación, sin embargo probablemente la daré por cortesía.
Yo también tengo la entera obligación de reembolsar cualquier pedido que haya cancelado.
El cliente no tiene derecho a exigir la cancelación o el reembolso de la obra de arte una vez completado el pago. Si el dinero no ha sido enviado, el artista tiene derecho a cancelar el pedido.El cliente tiene derecho a solicitar algunos cambios radicales de forma gratuita sólo en la etapa de boceto, y también tiene derecho a solicitar cambios menores sin cargos en pasos posteriores del proceso.
Sin embargo, una vez entregado el producto final, cualquier cambio adicional tendrá un cargo adicional.

4. Prioridad de ofertas
Yo, el artista, puedo decidir dar prioridad a determinadas solicitudes si cumplen los siguientes componentes:
- Solicitudes que se ajusten correctamente a mi nivel de habilidad.
- Solicitudes con plazos más flexibles
- Solicitudes que abordan un tema que me interesa
- Solicitudes con precios más altos
